Training Sales Administrator

£15,000 Plus bonuses
Birmingham City Centre

We are looking for a sales and customer focused team player to join a small sales team in the day to day running of our highly successful Training and Events Company. Applicants must have a very professional telephone manner and have a bright and bubbly personality on the phone. This position requires excellent organisational and administrative skills and experience in tele-customer service.

Main duties:

The role will include, customer service/advise, handling telephone calls, administration, data entry, processing bookings, and supporting the management team.

The main duties of the position will involve;

· BarSchool sales development

· Taking and converting telephone and email enquiries/bookings

· Invoicing and Administration

· Develop partnerships with our affiliates

· Advise and process our external training enquiries

· Processing examinations and certificates

· Processing shop/equipment orders

· Gaining feedback from delegates

Marketing and Events Assistant

Salary TBC

We are looking for a rising star to join our marketing and Events department working alongside our Marketing Manager in the day to day running of our marketing activities and event logistics. The role will include a diverse range of duties that will give the candidate good experience in a number of areas. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or somebody looking to move into the field of Events and Marketing.
Main duties:

· Assisting in the development of PR Copy, including proof reading

· Updating websites and social media sites via CMS, blogs, news, pics, knowledge and

recipes
· Administration and follow ups on newsletters and surveys

· Data Entry

· Assisting the events teams with logistical data – including casual staff management, stock

ordering etc.
· Supporting the marketing manager and assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required
