Shaker was selected above three other consultancy firms to help Moët Hennessy develop their internal sales team's luxury spirit brand and bar training program.

Shaker Brief

Research and design a luxury bar and cocktail training program for thirty six sales executives of luxury brand company Moët Hennessy.

Organise the training venues and administration for the successful delivery of the program.
To deliver an inspiring insight into the practical and theoretical applications of the professional bartender.
To deliver a hands-on training program incorporating classic and luxury mixed drinks.

Results

Program is on-going throughout 2009.

The 'Inspiring Creativity' program has launched into its first phase, a two day workshop has been created to involve spirit education and tasting, classic cocktail presentations, luxury cocktails and creative sessions, so far 12 BDE's have been trained successfully, here is some feedback;
