Design a practical bartender program for 20 of the islands top bartenders from the 5* resorts including Sandals Group, Jalousie Plantation, Discovery at Marigot Bay, the BodyHoliday and many more. Our brief;

Shaker Brief

Research and design a bar and cocktail training program for twenty bartenders from St Lucia's five star resorts.
Liaise with the SLD management for the international delivery of a 5 day program, co-coordinating the logistics and delivery.
Assist with the production and demonstrations at the St Lucia Rum festival.
