Established in 2007 in Cape Town by entrepreneur Nick Cursi along with founding member and leading Mixologist of Shaker BarSchool London Anil Sabharwal, after quickly establishing the Shaker brand into the South African market BarSchools followed in Johannesburg in 2009 and Durban in 2011. Shaker BarSchool South Africa is now firmly established as the market leader for bartender training.
