Adam formed Shaker UK as part of a BA and MSc in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. His bartending exploits throughout the UK and Europe have provided him with over a decade of experience throughout the bar industry. Having tended bars for the rich and famous, Freeth has also appeared on TV and in national and trade press as an authority on drinks.
Adam has been responsible for designing dozens of training programs, educating over 2000 bartenders since 2001; taking the Shaker brand globally, from Hong Kong to Cape Town and St Lucia. 2009 sees the global launch of Adam's book titled Professional Bartending.

Scott has been bartending and managing bars for over ten years, starting his career in Hong Kong. Walker is an all-rounder having been involved in some award winning bars and conducting training seminars for brands such as Pernod Ricard and Bacardi.
Scott's an expert on spirit heritage and classic cocktail knowledge, lending his expertise to the BBC and the Channel 4 food zone, amongst others, as a leading authority on all things cocktail. Scott runs training at our Birmingham BarSchool.

Amit is a veteran bartender and trainer having started his career in the TGI Fridays and Navajo Joe fame of the 90's and then worked throughout the Maxwell Group in various sites. His experience has taken him around the world with stints in Australia and consulting on projects for the Raffles Hotel Group in Japan, before heading up the Purple Bar at the Sanderson and serving the Queen at the Ritz. As a trainer Amit has been involved in writing and executing various national programs for Diageo, Coors, Coca Cola and Brown Foreman. Amit is Head of Training at the London BarSchool.
