Method: Shake & Strain
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
12.5ml Lemon Juice
10ml Benedictine
15ml Cherry Brandy
35ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
Soda Water
 

Raffles Hotel Singapore Sling (2007)
This is the modern version of the Singapore Sling on the menu at the Raffles Hotel today.
Glass: 14 oz Sling
Method: Shake & strain
30 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
15 ml Cherry Liqueur
10 ml Benedictine
10 ml Cointreau
10 ml Grenadine
25 ml Lemon Juice
60 ml Pineapple Juice Dash of Angostura Bitters Soda Water
Add the ingredients to an ice-filled sling glass, and stir. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
