Shaker was established in 2001 and provides world class hospitality training courses in Birmingham and London. Shaker is known internationally for training some of the world’s top bartenders and also operates a Franchise in Cape Town South Africa.
Description
We are looking for a sales and customer focused team player to join a small sales team in the day to day running of our highly successful Training and Events Company. Applicants must have a very professional telephone manner and have a bright and bubbly personality on the phone. This position requires excellent organisational and administrative skills and experience in tele-customer service.
Main duties:
The role will include, customer service/advise, handling telephone calls, administration, data entry, processing bookings, and supporting the management team.
The main duties of the position will involve;
• BarSchool sales development
• Taking and converting telephone and email enquiries/bookings
• Invoicing and Administration
• Sending out welcome packs and feedback
• Develop partnerships with our affiliates
• Advise and process our external training enquiries
• Processing examinations and certificates
• Processing shop/equipment orders
• Gaining feedback from delegates
FULL PRODUCT AND SYSTEMS TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have previous experience with programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and have great written and communication skills.
Below are some key skills that are preferential:
• Administration and tele-sales experience.
• Knowledge of the hospitality and events industry.
• Knowledge of ACT! Or other CRM software.
